During Fab8 conference in Wellington (New Zealand) the fab lab community decided where will be the next Fab Lab International Conference. 4 candidates presented all their credentials to host the 10th Fab Lab conference: Israel (Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv), United States (Boston), Russia (Moscow) and Barcelona. Finally, Barcelona will be the host for the anniversary of the Fab Conferences, being the closing of the first cycle of the history of Fab Labs. In Barcelona we will be closing a cycle of 10 years of Fab Labs and opening the next 90 years of Fab Cities. For 2014 Barcelona should be implementing its Fab City project, aiming to bring back productivity and innovation to the city.
