This year, Fab Lab Barcelona is excited to stand alongside our global peers as a Community Partner! We’re bringing our energy to workshops, paper submissions, and an air quality monitoring hackathon.
The Fab Lab Conferences have been a vibrant, global gathering of makers, educators, and technologists since 2005—bringing together a diverse and passionate community committed to open knowledge, collaboration, and innovation in digital fabrication. More than just an event, these conferences—organized by the Fab Foundation and local partners—are a space where the worldwide Fab Lab Network thrives, forging connections, launching projects, and expanding initiatives that empower communities around the globe.
Last year’s event in Mexico
Last year, FAB24 Mexico welcomed 3,031 participants from 55+ countries across 204 activities, with an additional 3,515 online attendees joining the conversations. Staying true to our inclusive mission, we built the infrastructure to make the event as accessible as possible. Under the theme “Fabricating Equity,” brilliant minds from across the world came together—thinking, prototyping, and co-creating solutions to advance equity and social justice.
