Sensory workshop part of NO(-)BODY KNOWS (the third edition of MDEFest)
‘Future Food Matters’ is creating a circular economy with bio-materials from food waste. Our platform inspires and connects a global community to adopt sustainable approaches to waste management through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
The idea behind the workshop event is to initiate a guided sensory experience while being blindfolded. The aim of the workshop is to get people to explore materiality and textures of the foods we consume and biomaterials from them.
