La impresión 3D o fabricación aditiva es un proceso de fabricación de objetos tridimensionales a partir de un archivo digital. En los últimos 10 años esta tecnología ha hecho una gran evolución y en la actualidad se utiliza para resolver problemas en una variedad de industrias como la ingeniería, el diseño de productos, la tecnología, la medicina, la arquitectura e incluso el entretenimiento.

En esta actividad para familias, los niños y niñas participantes se convertirán en auténticas máquinas 3D y aprenderán conceptos básicos relacionados con esta revolucionaria tecnología —como filtros, salientes, relleno, capas y soportes—  y experimentarán de una manera divertida los retos de la impresión 3D. ¿A punto para lanzarse a la impresión 3D usando puré de patatas?

3D PRINTING WITH POTATOES 🥔! (en*)

3D printing is an additive fabrication process of creating objects in three dimensions from a digital model. In the last 10 years, this technology has started a revolution and been used to address problems in a variety of industries such as engineering, product design, technology, medicine, architecture and even entertainment.

In this family activity children will have the opportunity to become 3D printers themselves, learn the basic concepts of how this revolutionary technology works – how layers are built, the objects filled, capped and supports created – and have the chance to experiment with 3D printing in a fun and interactive way. Ready to jump into the world of 3D printing with potatoes? Join us!
