A one-week immersive programme in Vilnius (Lithuania)

Do you want to do something that will make your brain cells dance with excitement? Are you ready to become the superhero of prototyping? Well, listen up because we’ve got an invitation that will bring your wildest creations to life!

Apply to the MAKEADEMY summer school – a two-week-long intensive course where you will gain valuable knowledge in rapid prototyping and business development. From mastering the latest tools and techniques to creating innovative prototypes, this program is designed to unleash your creativity and spark your passion for making and starting your own startup.You’ll learn from international expert mentors who are passionate about sharing their expertise and helping you take your skills to the next level. But it’s not all work and no fun at MAKEADEMY. You’ll also get to enjoy a friendly and engaging multicultural atmosphere with opportunities to connect with likeminded peers from Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Spain. Whether you’re interested in electronics, 3D printing, or woodworking, there’s something for everyone at MAKEADEMY.

When: July 24th-August 4th, 2023 (July 24-28th – lectures ONLINE; July 31th-August 4th – workshops in Vilnius, Lithuania)

Where: Vilnius Gediminas technical university Creativity and Innovation centre “LinkMenu fabrikas”, Vilnius, Lithuania

Certificate and ECTS

  • A certificate of participation will be given to each participant at the end of the
    summer school. 3 ECTS will be awarded to students who have participated in the entire programme.

Candidate requirements:

  • English proficiency (minimum B1 level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
  • Student of product design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a relevant
  • Basic knowledge of rapid prototyping and product design;
  • Interest in starting your own startup;
  • Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment.

Participation in this summer school will be funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
