Discover, explore and try out craft techniques with members of the Make Works Catalonia network, a local and global directory and community for makers, artisans, material suppliers and workshops with a mission to make local making and production accessible.
This workshop will focus on leather handicrafts by the hands of Fábio Zalla. Participants will be able to learn techniques of leather and leather art by exploring their creativity, usefulness, sustainability, durability, care and detail. Fábio will share basic tips on the importance of knowing how to choose leather, what tools are best for what, and what range of possibilities exist for working with this material that has accompanied man throughout history.
